You must use Virelia services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Singapore. Prohibited uses include impersonation, fraud, and any activity that interferes with service operations or infringes the rights of others.

Virelia operates in Singapore and provides information tailored to Singapore law. Materials on the website may be accessible elsewhere but should not be relied on as jurisdiction-specific legal advice outside Singapore.

Account responsibilities

Certain features may require registration and an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Services are intended to help users understand options and prepare materials, but do not replace the role of an engaged solicitor when representation is required.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide continuous access, services and the website may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues outside our control.

User rules and conduct

Users must comply with the following rules when using Virelia services:

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

By posting content you grant Virelia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the content to provide services, improve operations and for related administrative purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. Virelia is not responsible for user-submitted materials and does not endorse user content.

Intellectual property

Non-payment may result in suspension of services and recovery actions to collect outstanding amounts, consistent with applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Termination
